BigML.com.au provides its registered users with an automated method of processing sources, composed of a number of data instances, that can be transformed into datasets, which can subsequently can be transformed intro predictive models, that can then be used to generate predictions for new data instances. BigML.io is composed of a number of software applications that are offered via the Internet through a REST interface. BigML.io provides a programmatic way to access most of the functionality BigML offers through BigML.com.au. You can read more about BigML.io at https://bigml.com.au/api/.
You may access your BigML.com.au data via the BigML API (Application Program Interface). Any use of the BigML API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses BigML.com.au, is bound by these Terms of Service plus the following specific terms:
BigML will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe that your work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and such infringement is occurring on or accessible from the BigML Services, please provide BigML's Copyright Agent a written notice containing the following elements:

If BigML receives a counter-notice and does not receive notice that the party filing the original DMCA notice filed a court action within 10 days of receiving a copy of the counter-notice, the DMCA allows BigML to restore the removed or disabled content.
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or blocked through mistake or misidentification, may be liable for any resulting damages (including costs and attorney fees).
BigML reserves the right to disable or terminate the account(s) of any user who is a repeat infringer.

Submitting a Counter-Notice to BigMLIf you believe that material you posted on the BigML Services was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us by submitting written notification to our copyright agent (identified below). Pursuant to the DMCA, the counter-notice must include substantially the following:

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your counter-notice. Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the BigML Services was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
BigML.com.au is not a digital storage neither a backup service. So please do not use BigML for storing or backing up your data. Make sure that you keep a copy of your original data elsewhere. This means that You can push new sources of data to BigML but You cannot retrieve your data back from BigML. Specifically, you can only preview a few lines of your sources, download the summaries of your datasets, download models and predictions but not the original source that you used to generate the datasets or the full datasets.
